Workshop on Nutrition During Fasting: Ramadan & Intermittent Fasting

On 23 February, the Department of Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) organized a workshop entitled “Nutrition During Fasting: Ramadan and Intermittent Fasting.” The event was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Rondik Hwaiz and Dr. Hemn A. Hakeem, who shared their expertise on maintaining health and wellness during fasting periods.
The session was attended exclusively by university staff, providing a professional forum to discuss strategies for maintaining health and wellness during fasting. The presenters highlighted key topics including:
