Department of Computer Network

Information and networking are two of the most important strategic issues for the success of every academic sector.

While today nearly every university or department uses a substantial number of computers and communication tools (telephones, fax, personal handheld devices), they are often still isolated. While managers today are able to use the newest applications, many departments still do not communicate and much-needed information cannot be readily accessed.

Computer network department offer students the opportunity to focus on the technical and administrative skills required to create and use computer networks for a range of different purposes. Topics covered will include security, multimedia, programming languages, system architecture, network administration, project management, databases, and much more. All these subjects play a role in the way that computer networks operate and how people use them in different settings.

There are many benefits to participating in the computer networking department such as:

  • Not only students will gain a full understanding of how computer networks are designed and deployed, they also will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by applying their lessons in real world applications.
  • This is a great way to prepare for career success. This program can also help students accelerate their current careers or provide them with the skills required to enter new industries entirely.
  • Corporations, retail outlets, universities, research centers, and government agencies are just a few of the professional environments that are looking for people who can design and manage their computer networks and who can provide support for various network-related operations.
  • The career opportunities for a graduate with a Bachelors in Computer Networking are wide open. Many different organizations are interested in hiring professional’s network background.
