National Workshop (Personal information on Internet)

The Department of Computer Engineering, College of Engineering and Computer Science will conduct national workshop entitled “Personal information on Internet”, will be presented by ( Asst. Lect. Mohammed Salam) at 1:00 PM in Lebanese French University, lab. (Cisco).

Workshop Description:

The Internet offers numerous positive advantages. For example, working remotely offers the flexibility to conduct business from anywhere in the world. Even if you feel homesick while traveling, a quick video call can instantly connect you with your loved ones and provide you with comfort. With new malware and cyberattacks constantly evolving, it is essential to have the knowledge and skills to protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) stored online. A lot of sensitive information requires the highest level of protection online, including personal emails, home addresses, phone numbers and birthdays.
