The Department of Computer Networks, College of Engineering and Computer Science will conduct national workshop entitled “A symbolic Significance of the Characters in “Lord of the Files” ”, will be presented by ( Lect. Monika Sharma) at 1:00 PM in Lebanese French University, lab. (Cisco).

Workshop Description:

In William Golding’s classic novel, “Lord of the Flies,” the characters carry profound symbolic significance that adds depth and layers to the story’s themes. As a group of British boys stranded on a remote island, each character represents different facets of human nature and society. Through these characters and their evolving dynamics, Golding explores the inherent tension between civilization and savagery, power’s corrupting influence, and human morality’s fragility. The symbolic significance of these characters
deepens our understanding of the novel’s timeless themes.
