  • The current study aimed to address this knowledge barrier; this study examines how innovative decision-making affects the effectiveness of Kurdish government agencies. We'll be looking at what makes public sector organizations tick in terms of creative decision-making and how we can quantify it. The results of the investigation will also be used to evaluate the influence that innovative decision-making has on other aspects of organizational success. In order to investigate the connection that exists between innovative decision-making and the level of performance achieved by public sector organizations in Kurdistan, a quantitative research approach is the most appropriate one to utilize. The collection and examination of numerical data is included in this approach to research, which aims to test hypotheses and provide answers to research questions. A researcher interested in conducting a quantitative study on this issue may utilize surveys or questionnaires to collect data from employees and managers working in public sector firms in Kurdistan. The survey may also contain questions pertaining to the performance of the business, such as metrics for efficiency, effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and financial success. The study distributed 120 questionnaires to the selected three public sectors, however, only 108 questionnaires were received by the researchers. In conclusion, the evaluation of innovative decision-making and the performance of organizations in the public sector of Kurdistan is an essential step toward improving the delivery of services to citizens and promoting the economic development of the region. It highlights the importance of creativity and innovation in addressing the challenges faced by public sector organizations and emphasizes the need for continuous improvement in decision-making processes.
