On Tuesday, 26-4-2022 and Wednesday 27-4-2022, the Department of Arabic Language and Translation in College of Education and Languages organized a (Table Tennis) tournament in which 3 faculty members and 3 junior students of the department participated as part of the university’s sports activities. The activity took place in the second floor of Building #6 in College of Education and Languages where a group of faculty members, administrative staff and a group of department and college students attended. After intense competition between the players, the winner was announced: Dr. Shawkat Taha Mahmoud from the Department of Arabic Language and Translation, after beating the player (Hauri Omar Aula) by scoring 10 to 8 points in the first line. At the end of the tournament, the Dean of the College congratulated the winner and thanked the students and professors who participated in the game and wished them more fruitful giving.
