Biography

Dr. Shaee Salar Othman is an accomplished legal academic and specialist in public law, currently serving as a Lecturer within the College of Law and International Relations at Lebanese French University. Dr. Shaee has cultivated an extensive academic portfolio dedicated to the evolution of legal systems and administrative governance.
Dr. Shaee’s foundational legal training began at Salahaddin University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law in 2007. Building upon this groundwork, she transitioned into advanced legal research at Koya University, securing her Master’s degree in General Law in 2015.
Driven by a pursuit of specialized expertise, she reached the apex of her academic journey in 2024, earning a PhD in Administrative Law from Koya University. Her doctoral work focuses on the intricate legal structures governing public administration, ensuring that state institutions operate within the bounds of transparency and accountability.
In her current role at Lebanese French University, Dr. Shaee leverages her deep expertise to educate future legal professionals and diplomats. Her career reflects a steadfast commitment to high-level scholarship and the strengthening of the rule of law within the academic and public sectors
