Biography

I am an academic and legal researcher specializing in public law and legal studies. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the College of Law at Cihan University (2012), and a Master’s Degree in Public Law from Soran University (2019). I am currently a PhD student at the College of Law, Political Science and Administration, Soran University. My academic interests focus on administrative law, administrative judiciary, constitutional law, criminal law, and comparative legal studies.
Over the previous years and up to the present, I have been teaching legal courses such as Administrative Judiciary, Company Law, and Commercial Law. I have also taught Labour Law and Social Security, as well as Law of Proof and Execution, to students of the Department of Legal Administration, in addition to teaching Legal Ethics to university students.
My teaching approach is based on linking theoretical aspects with practical side, developing legal analysis and advocacy skills, and preparing students for professional life in legal and administrative fields.
In the research field, my studies have addressed various topics, including anti-smuggling regulation in Iraqi law, administrative judicial governance and its role in promoting administrative justice, religion in the Iraqi constitutional and political system, administrative decentralization in the Kurdistan Region, international accountability for ISIS crimes in Sinjar, and administrative contracts in comparative studies.
