In order to indicate the level of the nation’s improvement, the level of universities is considered to be one of the most advanced measures. Hence, expectations are high at the university to improve and present experts and skillful people to the community. In fact, universities in Kurdistan are commonly far from having a long history of education, more specifically, the experience of the private university (non-governmental) is absolutely something new in the Kurdistan region. Lebanese French University as one of the private universities that has been able to establish and play a tremendous role in evolving hundreds of high-level students in different fields of expertise.

LFU strongly believes in leadership team. Our aspiration is much broader. By providing the finest human resources and material capabilities, establishing a suitable and satisfactory atmosphere for our students. LFU has a unique understanding in ensuring that student’s feedback regarding the university environment and academic development is satisfactory and will work heavily on further developments the areas. We have established a string relationship with local and international academic centers for the purpose of improving the universities stance regionally and internationally.

Additionally, our commitment to international and scientific standards are extraordinary and we have considered every step to ensure we reach the standards set out. In these difficult times, with the pandemic and global economic crisis, LFU will continue to strive deliver its academic curriculum and ensure a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff. Our aim is to make major changes in society and to create an impact on other aspects of our country’s social life, economics and its development.
