Biography

Hazhar is an Assistant Lecturer in the College of Administrations and Economics, Graduated in Faculty of economic and Business Administration from University of Ishik, Erbil, Iraq. Hazhar Holds Master degree in faculty of economic and business Administration since/ department (Business administration and Management at (Bingol University) – Turkey.

He was working as a Finance Manager in the IT lobby electronics world and currently the acting head of the Legal Administration Department at Lebanese French University.
