The Innovative Pedagogy and Assessment module focuses on three core components of the teaching–learning process: teaching methods and activities, assessment tools, and the creation of supportive learning environments. It emphasizes that teachers’ effective understanding and application of diverse teaching strategies and classroom activities can address learners’ varied backgrounds and learning needs, leading to improved comprehension and outcomes. The module also highlights the importance of appropriate assessment tools in identifying learners’ strengths and weaknesses while providing constructive feedback for improvement. Finally, it underscores the role of positive social and psychological learning environments—where learners feel supported, unpressured, and encouraged to collaborate—in enhancing engagement and overall educational success.
