Dr. Shaee’s foundational legal training began at Salahaddin University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law in 2007. Building upon this groundwork, she transitioned into advanced legal research at Koya University, securing her Master’s degree in General Law in 2015.
Driven by a pursuit of specialized expertise, she reached the apex of her academic journey in 2024, earning a PhD in Administrative Law from Koya University.
