On January 15, 2024, the Lebanese French University launched a pioneering interdisciplinary course entitled “Climate Solutions for Our City.” The online course was conducted from January 15 to April 30, 2024. The initiative was led by lecturers and students from the university across multiple departments, in collaboration with city officials and community stakeholders. The course empowered students to develop real-world climate action plans, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The event highlights the college’s commitment to interdisciplinary learning, sustainability, and addressing real-world environmental challenges.
