Department of Law held a National Workshop
On Wednesday 7-2-2024 in the presence of the academic staff of our university, the Department of Law in the College of Law and International Relations held a workshop entitled (the Frameworks of the Law on Regulation of Diplomatic Relations in the Kurdistan Region). The presenters were (Dr. Mohamad Ali) and (Fathi Mohammed Ali) Experts in International Relations and a Relations Advisor to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the Kurdistan Regional Government.
In the first part of the workshop, Mr. Mohammed Ali highlighted the importance of diplomacy in the Kurdistan Region’s appearance in the world and strengthening the region’s position in international and diplomatic centers.
The second part of the workshop was conducted by Mr. Fathi Mohammed Ali who discussed the diplomatic characteristics of the Kurdistan Region within the framework of the Iraqi Constitution 2005 and the level of development of relations in all fields Obstacles and challenges you face in their work. Finally, he pointed out the importance of training graduates in the field of diplomacy and the need for the Kurdistan Region with their skills and expertise in the field of international service.
