On Tuesday, April 12, 2022, the Department of Business Administration held the national workshop entitled “The distinguish between female and male leadership skills. The workshop’s first session was presented by Ms. Shireen Jamal Head of Department, Faculty of Department of Health Administration of Administration and Economics College at Lebanese French University. Ms. Shireen Jamal at the beginning of the workshop addressed the meaning of Men or Women as a leader. Then, she also explained the Women& Men Leadership Approaches. In the second session Miss. Ronyaz Hayyas Mahmood, Assistant Lecturer, Faculty of Department of Business Administration of Administration and Economics College at Lebanese French University. She clarifies the distinction between female and male leadership skills. She had also discussed the Glass Ceiling and various Barriers for the woman to be a leader.
