On Monday, December 20, 2021, the Department of English held the national workshop entitled “Analysis of American Literary Work Using the Gam” The first session of the workshop was presented by Asst. Lect. Yuliia Bakay, at the beginning of the workshop she introduced the research which is based on behavioristic understanding of speech aggression which is one of the main peculiarities of the character interpersonal communication and involves the exchange of messages and their interpretation. Asst. Lecturer Meram Salim presented the second session, and she brought different examples of speech aggression.
Workshop Outcome
- Increasing influence of forms of digital culture on the psycho-emotional sphere of a person.
- To be familiar with types and forms of aggressive expression.

- Asst. Lect. Yuliia Bakay holds M.A. in Linguistics and ELT at Mosul University. Currently she is teaching at Department of English College of Education and Languages/ Lebanese French University.
- Asst. Lect. Meram Salim Shekh Mohamad holds M.A. in English Literature at Soran University. Currently she is the head of quality assurance and asst. Lecturer at Department of English College of Education and Languages/ Lebanese French University.
