بەشی یاسا وۆرکشۆپێکی ناوخۆیی ئەنجامدا

بەشی یاسا لە کۆلێژی یاسا وپەیوەندییە نێودەوڵەتیەکان وۆرکشۆپیکی ناوخۆیی ئەنجامدا لە ژێر ناونیشانی (تحصين التشريعات من الفساد) بۆ ستافی ئەکادیمی زانکۆ. ئەم وۆرکشۆپە لە ڕۆژی چوارشەممە ڕێککەوتی ١٣ی ١٢ی٢٠٢٣ ئەنجامدرا.
سەرەتا د. سۆلاڤ مامۆستا لە بەشی یاسا روونکردنەوەیەکی دا لەسەر بابەتەکە و گرنگی باسکردنی ئەم بابەتە. دواتر لە لایەن بەڕیز (پ.ی.د.رۆژان دزەیی)راگری کۆلیژی یاساوپەیوەندییە نێودەوڵەتیەکان تیشک خرایە سەر تاوانی گەندەڵی ومەترسیەکانی بە تایبەت لەو حاڵەتانەی کە کەموووکوری یاسا لە بنەرەتدا هۆکارە بۆ درووست بوونی گەندەڵی وەهەروەها بەریزیان ئاماژەی دا بە زنجیرەیەک دەقی یاسایی لە یاسای عیراقی وکۆردستانیدا وەکو نموونە.
لەکوتایدا لایەن ئامادەبووانەوە گفتووگۆ کرا لە سەر گرنگی بابەتی بەرەنگاربوونەوەی گەندەڵی وبەهیزکردنی یاساکان وپێداچوونە بە میکانزمەکانی بەرەنگاربوونەوەی گەندەڵی بەتایبەت هەموارکردنەوەی دەقە یاسایەکان کە گونجاو نیە لە گەڵ ئامانجی تەشریعی.

Department of Law held a national workshop

The Department of Law of the College of Law and International Relations conducted an internal workshop entitled (Improving Legislation from Corruption) for the academic staff of the university. This workshop was held on Wednesday, December 13,

At the beginning of the event, Dr. Solav, a teacher in the law department, explained the importance of the topic, in the second part of the workshop, Dr, Rozhan Dzeyi, Dean of the College of Law and International Relations, highlighted the crime of corruption and its dangers, especially in cases where the lack of law is the main cause of corruption as an example.

Finally, the participants discussed the importance of facing corruption strengthening the laws, and reviewing the mechanisms of facing corruption, especially the amendment of legal texts that are not in line with the legislative objectives.
