On Thursday, October 5, 2023, the Department of Law of the College of Law and International Relations held an internal workshop entitled (Impact on the implementation of the Electronic Signature and Electronic Transactions Law No. 78 of 2012 in the Kurdistan Region). At the beginning of the workshop, Mr. Miran Mamnd Bais, a lecturer in the Department of Law, highlighted the importance and objectives of implementing this law in the Kurdistan Region. In the second part of the event, Mr. Luqman Hussein, an expert in commercial law, highlighted the reasons for the use of electronic signatures in the Kurdistan Region and the conditions for implementing this law Regards must be done by electronic signature. At the end of the workshop, the attendees directed their comments and questions to the workshop’s presenters, and both presenters answer all questions
