کوالێتی کار بریتییە لەو کۆمەڵە بیرۆکە و هەست و ڕێسا و چاوەڕوانیانەی کە کارمەندانی ڕێکخراوێک بەپێی ئەوان ڕەفتار دەکەن. کەلتوور لە لایەن چەند هۆکارێکەوە پێکدێت و کاریگەری لەسەرە، لەوانە پێکهاتەی دەسەڵات لە ڕێکخراوەکەدا، ئەو سیاسەتانەی پەیڕەو دەکرێن، عەقڵیەتی بەڕێوەبردن، بەرهەم و پیشەسازی، هەروەها ستراتیژی کێبڕکێی کۆمپانیاکە کوالێتی کار بە یەکێک لە گرنگترین هۆکارەکانی سەرکەوتنی هەر کۆمپانیایەک دادەنرێت بەهۆی کاریگەری ڕاستەوخۆی لەسەر ناوبانگی کۆمپانیاکە لە بازاڕی کاردا، توانای مانەوەی بەهرە و کوالیتی ئەدای کار و بەرهەمهێنان و تەنانەت نیشاندەرەکانی قازانج و دڵسۆزی کڕیار یان بەکاربەر، کەواتە، کۆمپانیاکەتان بە تێپەڕبوونی کات پەرە بە کلتورێک دەداتکولتوری کارکردنی کۆمپانیاکە وەک کارەکتەر و خووەکانی تاک وایە. تاک پێویستی بەوەیە بەردەوام خوو و کارەکتەری خۆی باشتر بکات بۆ ئەوەی کوالیتی ژیانی و هەستی بەختەوەری باشتر بکات. کە ئەمەش لە باشتربوونی ئەدای کارکردنی و چانسی سەرکەوتنی لە هەموو لایەنەکانی ژیاندا ڕەنگ دەداتەوە .
