Within the series of cultural activities of the Lebanese French University, the Department of Arabic Language and Translation at the College of Education and Languages organized a cultural exhibition entitled (Student Activity Exhibition to display Arabic clothes and foods)
The activity was held on the 23rd of November, in which women’s and men’s folklore Arab costumes were presented. It also provided ancient and modern Arabic food. Arab music events were also presented by some talented students.
The exhibition was held in the building of the Faculty of Education and Languages in Building 6, on the second floor.
The opening of the exhibition was attended by the President of the University along with the deans of the faculties, university professors, and a group of students from the Faculty of Education and Languages and other university faculties. The activity was useful for the students in terms of the importance of getting to know the customs and traditions of peoples in terms of their clothes and food to enhance the spirit of love and constructive communication between these peoples, especially the Arab peoples neighboring the Kurdistan Region.
