Hotel Classification and Star Rating

Under the patronage of the dean of the administration and economics and the presidency of Lebanese French University training about Hotel Classification and Star rating has been conducted in six sessions each session took four hours over 24 hours to perform. The training has been conducted by Houshyar Darbandi a head department of the tourism administration.

This training aimed to share information about the categories of hotel operation and how these hotels are classified and what type of quality services and quality products they deliver to national and international guests. Over these six weeks, the audience was very excited to listen to and be Peduto created about the high-rated star hotels because it was a world that was applied to their lives when they are on trips.

The first week was about the type of international hotels and their functions.

The second week was about the function of the room and based on their size and bed size why they are named as they are

In the third week a video has been showing about a seven-star hotel and how it differs from a normal five stars, of course, the training room environment was heated because of the involvement of the audience and the discussion took cover over the session

In the fourth and fifth weeks, the audience has been involved and practically trained in the method of star rating measurement AS SHOWED IN (FIGURE 1 AND Figure 2) including delivering excellence points along to the stars.

The last and sixth week was about the function of the booking and reservation system and how a hotel guest can find a hotel that fits his and his family.
