On Tuesday, November 9, 2021, the Department of Business Administration held the national workshop on “Entrepreneurship Week”. The workshop’s first session was presented by Aso Kurdo, Director of quality assurance, Administration and Economics College at Lebanese French University. Mr. Kurdo at the beginning of the workshop addressed the importance of entrepreneurs to society and the economy. He later highlights the problems related to budding entrepreneurs. In the second session, Mr. Hawkar Anwar, Lecturer in the Business Administration Department, College of Administration and Economics, Lebanese French University, further discussed entrepreneurs. He spoke on global entrepreneurship. He stressed the need for entrepreneurs to go globally.
Workshop Outcome
The following were the outcome of the Global Entrepreneurship Week:
- Focused on the advantages of having more and more entrepreneurs.
- Some solutions to the problems of entrepreneurs were discussed.
