College of Law and International Relations, Department of Law holding a scientific workshop On the 18th of February 2021, the College of Law and International Relations, Department of Law organized a scientific workshop under the title of “Procedural, Political and Legal Issues of the Federal Parliamentary Election Process,” by assistant professor Dr. Sardar Qadir, Dr. Hawre Kamal and assistant lecturer Badr Mohammed. In this scientific workshop, the problems of conducting the election process in Iraq were highlighted and then the presenters discussed the political issues in the face of the election and highlighted the political problems that resulted from the election. Finally, the legal issues existing before the election, especially the certain issues of the federal Supreme Court, were discussed. The participations were 16.
کۆلێژی یاسا و پەیوەندییە نێودەوڵەتییەکان بەشی یاسا وۆرکشۆپێکی زانستی سازکرد: لە 18 ی شوباتی 2021 کۆلێژی یاساو پەیوەندییە نێودەوڵەتییەکان ، بەشی یاسا ۆرکشۆپێکی زانستی لەژێر ناونیشانی (القضايا الإجرائية والسياسية والقانونية لعملية الانتخابات البرلمانية الاتحادية ) ، لەلایەن پرۆفیسۆری یاریدەدەر دکتۆر سەردار قادر و دکتۆر هاوڕێ کەمال و مامۆستای یاریدەدەر بەدر محەمەد ڕێکخست . لەم وۆرکشۆپە زانستیەدا تیشک لەسەر گرفتەکانی ئەنجامدانی پرۆسەی هەڵبژاردن لە عێراق كرا و دواتر پێشکەشکاران باسیان لە کێشە سیاسییەکان کرد لە بەرامبەر هەڵبژاردن و تیشکیان خستە سەر کێشە سیاسییەکان کە لە ئەنجامی هەڵبژاردن دروست بوون . دواجار ئەو گرفتە یاساییانەی کە پێش هەڵبژاردن هەبوو ، بەتایبەتی هەندێک لەکێشەکانی دادگای باڵای فیدراڵی تاوتوێکران .ژماره‌ی به‌شداربووان بریتی بوو له 16 مامۆستا.
