It is believed that cooperation among teachers is considered an important indicator of university quality. It leads to improvements in teachers’ professionalization by reducing stress, while others show positive effects concerning students’ academic performance. To better comprehend, and ultimately promote cooperation among teachers, the English Department at the College of Education and Languages on January, 27th, 2021 organized this event as a way to thank the faculty members for their hard work and to motivate them to do better at the end of the first semester. The event was arranged under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education and Languages, Dr. Shareef M. Shareef, and the Head of English Department, Dr. Misbah Al-Sulaimaan. It was organized by the Head of Social Activity Committee in the English Department, Mrs. Awan Kamal, coordinator of English Department, Mrs. Sara Dler, in cooperation with teachers of the English Department.
