For university employees, the UMS simplifies administrative tasks. It provides a platform for submitting leave requests, enabling a streamlined and standardized process for managing employee absences. This feature not only enhances the efficiency of HR operations but also contributes to a transparent and organized leave management system. Beyond these primary functions, the UMS likely encompasses a range of additional capabilities, such as student enrollment management, examination scheduling, and academic performance tracking. The Bologna Process emphasizes the implementation of a credit-based system within the semester structure of higher education. In this model, academic terms are typically divided into fall and spring semesters. The workload of students is determined by the credit allocation of modules offered by college departments. Each module is assigned specific credits, aligning with Bologna Process accreditation principles.
