Portfolio

To support Continuous Academic Development, LFU has adopted a Faculty Portfolio (FP) system in alignment with MHESR guidelines. Each faculty member is required to maintain an online portfolio where they document their teaching philosophy, academic vision, and achievements throughout the academic year. This platform provides a centralized and transparent system for recording and tracking professional growth.

LFU has also developed its evaluation rubric for assessing Faculty Portfolios. This rubric, in addition to the requirements set by MHESR, is used to evaluate faculty performance on a semester basis. The average performance is then calculated annually to provide an Important assessment of each faculty member’s contributions. This system not only ensures accountability but also supports continuous improvement and recognition of faculty excellence.
