Biography

Dr. Sohail is a dedicated teacher having vast teaching experience. Presently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Business Administration of Lebanese French University, Kurdistan Region, Erbil, Iraq for about 4 years. Received Ph.D. in Business Administration (HR) from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. Maharashtra (India). He has 13 years of teaching experience to national and international students and also 1 year of corporate experience. To time have published 14 research articles published in reputed journals from the US, UK, Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Indonesia, India, etc. He has also written a book “Organizational Behavior” in April 2021. Have participated in and presented papers at 21 National and International Conferences. Have received the best paper award for the National conference in March 2010. Recently on 7th May 2022, he received the Best Paper award at International Conference. He is regularly nominated for Advisory committees for international conferences. Major research interest lies in the areas of Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, and Marketing.
