Rwandzy is currently on the teaching staff. After a BSBIO, and MSBIO in Human Genetics at the University of Slahaddin-Erbil (under the supervision of Professor Dr. Hazha Jamal ), Rwandzy joined the Department of Medical Laboratory Science in 2022 as an academic teaching staff member and researcher.
He played a significant role in the diagnosis and detection of the novel gene. He published the first report on molecular genetics and clinical features of Kurdish LCA patients with the GUCY2D mutation in Iraq as well.
He has 9 years of management and teaching experience at the university. He has served as a resource for many workshops and faculty development initiatives run by various organizations.
He has skills, expertise, and research interests in human genetics, molecular genetics, molecular biology, genomics, genetic disease, genetic analysis, and cancer.
