Biography

Hawar Muhammed Yousif was born in Erbil (Kurdistan region-Iraq) in 1973. He has received Master degree in Law from the la Lagasse University , Beirut-Lebanon, 2017. In 2014 he became a lawyer & A head of legal Department in (P.D.K)s Electoral establishment, In 2020, he joined LFU (Lebanese French University) and becomes a full time lecturer at the department of Legal Administration, College of Administration and Economics.

Bachelor’s degree in Sociology at Salahadin University-Erbil 2005-2006.
