Medical laboratory department of College of Health science in Lebanese French University has organized a scientific trip to the directorate of Blood Bank-Erbil with 2nd and 3rd grade students on February 6 and 7, 2024.The trip was the complementary to the department courses. The trip aimed to allow students to witness and live the blood donating experience. The blood you give could save the life of a woman suffering birth complications, revive and sustain a child with severe anemia, facilitate urgent surgery, or provide critical support during a public health crisis.
A group of 80 students visited all 9 sections of the Blood Bank Directorate:
1. The blood Donor criteria Section
2. Blood Diagnosis Section
3. Blood Transfusion section
4. Blood Components Separating Section
5. Blood Group Serology
6. Blood Storage
7. Apheresis Section
8. Thalassemia Section
The goals of the scientific trip was to :
1- Encourage students to learn, and experience blood donation and processing.
2- Strengthen the bond between students and lecturers.
2- Enable students to access new information and knowledge. Students can access tools and environments that are not available elsewhere.
3- Provide students with experiences outside their everyday activities and introduce them to their real future careers.
4- Improve critical thinking skills
5- Inform of the importance of giving blood and how it is a uniquely powerful act. Effective coordination can dramatically increase its life-saving impact.

بەشی شیکاری نەخۆشییەکان لە کۆلێژی زانستە تەندروستیەکان لە زانکۆی لوبنانی فەڕەنسی هەڵسا بە ڕێکخستنی گەشتێکی زانستی بۆ بەڕێوەبەرایەتی بانکی خوێن لە هەولێر
بەمەبەستی زیاتر ئاشنا بوون بە بابەتی کرداری و وەرگرتنی زانیاریی لەسەر چۆنیەتی کارکردن لە بەڕێوەبەرایەتیەکە، لە ژێر سەرپەرشتی مامۆستا (مژدە حیدەر صابر) لە دوو ڕۆژدا ٦ و ٧ -٢-٢٠٢٤.
هەر لەمیانەی گەشتەکەدا قوتابیان ئەم بەشانەیان بەسەر کردەوە: بەشی پرسگەی بانکی خوێن، بەشی هەلسەنگاندنی خوێن بەخش، بەشی تاقیگەکان، بەشی هەلسەنگاندنی خوێن بەخش و وەرگر، بەشی ئیلیکترۆفۆرێسس، بەشی تالاسیمیا، بەشی کارگێڕی، بەشی بەفرگر، بەشی کوالیتی کۆنترۆڵ، بەشی ئەفێریسس،……هتد.
لە ئەنجامی گەشتەکەدا:
1ـ قوتابیان ئاشانا کران بە چۆنیەتی خوێن بەخشین و کرداری خوێن بەخشین.
2ـ ئەپڕۆسەیە هاندەرێک بوو بۆ ئاشنا بوون بەم کارە مرۆڤایەتیە.
3ـ وەرگرتنی زانیاری و لە نزیکەوە ئاشانا بوونی قوتابیان بە ئامێرەکانی تاقیگە.
4ـ هاندانی قوتابیان بۆئەوەی ببنە خاوەنی بیرکردنەوەی نوێ و زیاتر ڕۆشن بوونی هزریان.
5ـ قوتابیان چاویان کەوت بە ژینگەی کارکردن و ئالێنگاریەکانی کارکردن لە داهاتوو وە چۆنیەتی ڕووبەڕوو بوونەوەیان.
