The faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, department of Computer Engineering organized a national workshop entitled: ‘Arduino Distance Sensing and Application’ for faculty members on 2 Nov., 2023. The session lasted from 1 to 3 pm. The session was presented by: (Dr. Mohamed Tahir Ahmed) from Lebanese French University, Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, department of Computer Engineering.
Outcomes of workshop:
The attendants learned the following:
- The function of microcontrollers.
- Details of the Arduino microcontroller.
- The Arduino sensors used for implementing distance sensing.
- Distance sensing methodology.
- The possible applications of distance sensing.
