On Thursday 23th of February 2023, the French Language department in the college of Education and languages has organized a cultural activity entitled “French Day”. The students and teachers of the university have participated in the French Day activity. The activity was prepared and organized by the teachers and students of French department. The aim of the activity was to make the participants get acquainted with the French language and culture. The program of the activity started by a Welcoming speech, then a Presentation about France by two students, which was also translated into Kurdish language. Afterwards, a student has done an Icebreaker activity, followed by a group of students who have given a French class to the audience, the last activity was another game by a student, finally the buffet was served to the audience.
