On Monday 23/1/2023, the Department of Business Administration arranged an International Workshop entitled “Strategic Planning: A Step Towards Your Dream” for the faculty members of the university to improve and enhance their strategic planning skills to achieve their long-term goals. Assistant Lecturer, Khowanas Saeed from the Department of Accounting and Finance introduced the objective and learning outcome of the workshop. Later Dr. Shiney Chip Director of Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies, Nagpur (India) took over the session and talked about self-analysis and discussed how to achieve our dreams. She asked the participant to do self SWOT Analysis and asked to create a brand in themselves so as to become a good teachers. She urged the teachers to become proactive and make the best use of their time and make improvements in behavior to be more productive. The second speaker was Assistant Professor Dr. Sohail Imran Khan from the Department of Business Administration, at Lebanese French University. He discussed strategic planning and why strategy fails. He briefly discussed how to plan effectively.

At the end of the workshop participants will:
- Present an approach to strategic planning for self and for the college
- Construct values, vision, mission, and goal statements; develop a strategy; identify action items to operationalize vision and mission statements
- Identify key areas where a micro plan would be effective for your college/university
- Apply the agile methodology to strategic planning in a business school setting

- Dr. Shiney Chip is the Director of Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies, Nagpur (India), She is a Motivational Speaker and Corporate trainer for HR & Behavior Topics. Has Proven ability in team building and direction, Organized National and International conferences, MDPs, and FDPs, and organized various intra and inter-college events. Dr. Shiney Chip is a well-qualified academician that includes B. Tech, M.B.A. (Human Resource Management and Marketing Management), M.I.R.P.M, M.A. (Public Administration), M.C.M, L.L.B., Ph.D. (Business Management), MPhil, M.A.(Psychology), ISTD (Postgraduate Diploma in Training & Development), Post Graduate Diploma in Academic Counseling, M.B.A. (Market Research), M. Com (Pursuing-IGNOU). Apart from this, she had done a lot many certificate courses in India. To date under her supervision, 10 scholars were successfully awarded Ph.D. from RTM Nagpur University, one has recently submitted the thesis, and 7 are in the process. Dr. Shiney Chip had evaluated 14 Ph.D. to date and published 9 books in her name She is Ph. d. Examiner for various universities (Bhartiya Vidyapeeth Pune, Bhartiya Vidyapeeth New Delhi, MATS University, Mumbai University, MATS University Raipur, Manipal University, Jaipur, Gondwana University). Dr. Sohail Imran Khan is an Assistant Professor from the Department of Business Administration, at Lebanese French University. He has done a Master’s in Commerce, Master’s in Business Administration, Master in Arts, Bachelor in Commerce, and Ph.D. in Business Administration from India. To his credit he has a pile of Experience teaching national and international students.
