On Wednesday, march 2, 2022, the Department of Sociology held the national workshop entitled “The Analysis of the Concept of Gender and the History of Gender Struggle’ The workshop’s first session was presented by Assist. Lect. Twana, lecturer of Law and international relations College at Lebanese French University. lect. Twana, at the beginning of the workshop, addressed the subject and the important of the workshop. In the second session, Assist lecturer (Suren Akram), lecturer at the department of Sociology explained the meaning of Gender and the struggles which face Gender in society. He provided vital information on the topic regarding the types of genders such as liberal gender, radical gender and other types of Gender.
