On the 2nd of December 2021, the Department of Health Administration in the College of Administration and Economics conducted a national workshop for University faculty members titled “Healthcare and Risk Management.” Mr. Aso Kurdo Blbas, Lecturer and Director of Quality Assurance, College of Administration and Economics, Lebanese French University, served as the workshop’s master of ceremony. Ms. Shirin Jamal, Head of the Health Administration Department, College of Administration and Economics, Lebanese French University, kicked off the session. She spoke about the ideas and consequences of risk management in the health care industry. Dr.Aram Slahadin, Lecturer from the College of Health Science, Lebanese French, opened the program, which was talking about identifying risks, limiting their impact, and how to deal with them. The workshop drew a total of 22 academic members.

The Participants of this work shop will be able to understand :
- Patient safety is paramount.
- Federal requirements that must be followed.
- A possible medical blunder.
- Policy, both current and prospective.
- Legislation affecting the healthcare industry.

- Mrs. Shirin Jamal, master’s in business administration/ Salaheddin University- Erbil, currently she works as asst lect. And the head of the health administration department at Lebanese French University, Ph.D. candidate at Near East University.
