On Monday, 6th of December 2021 the Department of Law at the College of Law and International Relations organized a workshop for Miss Dlan Ismail Mawlud under the title “The obstacles that are facing women shelters in Kurdish society” in the presence of Asst.Prof. Dr. Rozhan Dzayee the Dean of the College of Law and International Relations, as well as teachers from the college attended the workshop. During the workshop, the challenges and current obstacles were discussed, the possible solutions in solving the issues were put forward. Participants had questions directed at the presenter followed by comments from the audience. As a result, the department respectfully awarded certificate of appreciate to the presenter.
Workshop outcome:
- Presented current issues and obstacles facing the shelters.
- Analyzing the obstacles and bringing awareness to the audience about the possible solutions.
