The Department of Accounting and Finance in the College of Administration and Economics Conducted the National Workshop

The Department of Accounting and Finance hosted a National Workshop on “Employee Training and Development” on Thursday, November 25, 2021, in the small Seminar hall on the campus. The first session of the workshop was presented by Ms. Mevan Mahir, Assistant lecturer of Administration and Economics College at Lebanese French University. During the session, Ms. Mevan Mahir was the first speaker, and she emphasized that the acquisition of knowledge is what constitutes the growth of an individual. Ms. Hamin Khasrow discussed the ability or attitude that prepares individuals for new directions or tasks during the second session. Both presenters did an excellent job of discussing their respective themes, and the audience received a great deal of information as a result of their contributions to the conversation. They answered the questions from the audience at the conclusion of the session.

Workshop Outcome
The following was the brief outcome of the national workshop:
1- The need for employee training by the companies and how it is going to impact.
2- The impact of development of an employee is the acquisition of knowledge in organizations.
