. In the continuation of the work and activities of the College of Law and International Relations, on Tuesday 23/2/2021 with the presence of Lebanese French University Rector: Prof. Dr. Muhamad Sdik Xoshnaw, Dean of Law and International Relations, Asst. Prof. Dr. Rozhan Dzaiy, and with presence several numbers of LFU staffs as well as students of Law and International Relations, and students in LFU colleges in general. The College had organized a workshop for (Dr. Ali Rashid) President of the Erbil Provincial Council, Entitled: Kurdistan Region Provinces Law No. 3 of the 2009 year Authority and Decentralize. In the workshop, the speaker pointed out the law of the council of provinces and he believes that decentralization is important for administration at the level of ministry for facilitates the work of citizens. At the end of the workshop, the participants discussed the issue with the speaker and there had different views about the topic. In addition, LFU Rector (Prof. Dr. Muhamad Sdik Xoshnaw) thanked, appreciated, and presented an Acknowledgment to Dr. Ali Rashid. The participations were 33.
لە درێژەی کار و چالاکییەکانی کۆلێژی یاسا و پەیوەندییە نێودەوڵەتییەکان ، ڕۆژی سێشەممە 23 / 2 / 2021 بە ئامادەبوونی سه‌رۆكی زانکۆی لوبنانی فەرەنسی : پرۆفیسۆر دکتۆر محەمەد سدیق خۆشناو و ڕاگری كۆلێژی یاسا و پەیوەندییە نێودەوڵەتییەکان ، دکتۆر ڕۆژان دزه‌یی و بە ئامادەبوونی ژمارەیەک لە مامۆستایانی LFU و هەروەها قوتابیانی کۆلێژی یاسا و پەیوەندییە نێودەوڵەتییەکان و قوتابیان لە کۆلێژەکانی LFU بە گشتی . کۆلێژەکە وۆرکشۆپێکی بۆ ( دکتۆر عەلی ڕەشید ) سەرۆکی ئەنجوومەنی پارێزگای هەولێر ڕێکخستبوو ، بە ناونیشانی : یاسای پارێزگاکانی هەرێمی کوردستان ژمارە 3 ی ساڵی 2009 ی دەسەڵات و لامەرکەزی . لە وۆرکشۆپەکە سەرۆکی ئه‌نجومه‌ن ئاماژەی بەیاسای ئەنجومەنی پارێزگاکان کردو پێشیوایە لامەرکەزی گرنگە بۆ ئیدارە لەسەر ئاستی وەزارەت بۆ ئاسانکاری بۆ کاری هاووڵاتیان . لە کۆتایی وۆرکشۆپەکە بەشداربووان لەگەڵ سەرۆکی ئه‌نجومه‌ن تاوتوێی ئەو بابەتەیان کرد و بۆچوونی جیاواز لەسەر بابەتەکە هەبوو . هەروەها دکتۆر محەمەد سدیق خۆشناو سوپاسی کرد و سوپاس و پێزانینی پێشکەش بە دکتۆر عەلی ڕەشید کرد. ژماره‌ی به‌شداربووان بریتی بوو له 33 مامۆستا.
