Emerging Trend in Job prospects specific in KRG international workshop.
Under the patronage of the Presidency of the Lebanese French University and the Dean of the Faculty of Education and Languages, the Department of English Language conducted an online international workshop with reference to the official decree No.ED&L122 issued by the Deanship of College of Education and Languages on the date 27-10-2020.
The Kurdistan Regional Government is determined to advance a private-sector–ran economy in the Kurdistan Region, in which the private sector will assist as the main business of KRG citizens.
Since it has experienced rapid growth in its substructure and facilities in recent years but would like to widen this development throughout the private sector. To advance the employment market to sustenance private-sector development, their goals should be followed. One of them is job-seekers should develop the skills that employers need and employers should be cunning to find the workers they need with the correct abilities.
Therefore, on February 11th, 2021, under the patronage of the President of the Lebanese French University Dr. Mohamed Sadik, and the Dean of the Faculty of Education and Languages Dr. Shareef Mouloud Shareef, the Department of English organized an online international workshop under the title (Emerging Trend in Job prospects specific in KRG) by Asst. professor Atul Sharma from Indus International University, India and Asst. Lecturer Shahen Jamal from English Language Department / LFU. Via Google platform. Accordingly, the workshop has provided necessary contributions toward refining business policy and the competitions between job-seekers and companies. lectures around 35 from different colleges attended the workshop and expressed their correspondence to the materials presented by asking different questions.
