The Department of Marketing Administration had organized an International Workshop on “Etiquette and protocols and how to deal with VIPs” on 16th February 2021.
The subjects covered in the workshop were:
- What is a VIP? (Definition)
- 8 important tips that can make or break any VIP interaction
- The 8 types of VIPs you’ll encounter in the workplace (and how to deal with them)
The Dean of the College of Administration and Economics Dr. Ramyar Walzy inaugurated the Workshop and presented the Welcome Address. The Head of the Department Mr. Jawhad with The guest speakers respectful of Dr. Yahya Mark Salh, lecturer at the Institute of Marine Sciences of the University of Dar es Salaam, They deeply talked about the above points. 25 Faculties members from the College of Administration and Economics and from other colleges and universities had participated effectively.
