Lara Burhan Sabir

Lara is an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Lebanese French, specifically within the College of Administration and Economics, specializing in the Economics. a Bachelor’s degree holder in Economic at Salahaddin University in Erbil (2008-2009) and a Master’s degree holder in Economic at Salahaddin university- Erbil (2020-2022). Lara has expanded her capability in the banking sector, she served as the head of the Internal transfers department at Cihan Bank for four years. Furthermore, she served as the head of the financial department at Cihan Bank for six years.

Moreover, Lara has reached the highest level of development in the banking sector through gaining certificates such as “Basel cycle, liquidity requirements, and capital adequacy”- (2017) from (CENTRAL BANK -IRAQ).

Certification from (Quality Management System) for “(ISO9001:2015)”. (2018).

Additionally, Certification from (ERNST & YOUNG)-for “Risk management, compliance and anti-money laundering” and “Analyzing and presenting the financial statements and preparing the cash flow statement and the interim financial statements according to international financial reporting standards”- (2017).
