Biography

During her academic career, dr. Rozhan have lectured and presented many domestic and international workshops and seminars in different universities. Her career started from 1996 until 2006, she worked as a lecturer for the College of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Salahuddin. From 1997 until 1998, she was parttime lecturer at the Erbil Police Academy. Since 2013 to date, she is a full-time lecturer at the Department of Law / College of Law and International Relations / the Lebanese French University. Also, she have supervised many bachelor and master students. Apart from lecturing, she also had different administrative positions such as, assistant to the dean of college of Law and Political Sciences in Salahuddin, and vice president for scientific affairs of the Lebanese / French University, and head of the Legal Administration department. Recently, she is the dean of the College of Law and International Relations at the mentioned university.

PhD in Law at the College of Law and Political Science University of Salaheddin – Erbil 2003.
Master in Law at the College of Law and Political Science University of Salaheddin - Erbil in 1996.
Bachelors in Law at the College of Law and Political Science University of Salaheddin – Erbil in 1992.
