SUMMARY:Culture Activity " Food Story"
DESCRIPTION:As part of the series of activities at the College of Engineering and Computer Science of the Lebanese-French University\, the Department of Computer Engineering announces an upcoming cultural activity entitled (Food Story). This activity uses the cultural element of food to help us understand our own cultures and cultural biases when dealing with unfamiliar foods. This activity presents a historical story about the origin of food from the region’s geography and also as a cultural expression. Students are asked to summarize the original story behind each dish\, creating a historical and regional biography of a dish.
