On Nov, 28,2022 The Department of Law in College of Law and International Relations of the Lebanese French University held a national workshop entitled ‘The Right to Education for Death Penalty Prisoners within the framework of the applicable laws of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region’. In the first session Mr. Badr Muhammad-Taher briefly introduced the topic of the workshop by highlighting the the educational rights of prisoners. Furthermore, the second session Mr. Luqman Hassan focused on the essence of the topic in detail and mentioning the applicable laws, Finally, at the end of this workshop the participants had a address their comments and questions to the presenters of the event
