On 14th February 2021, to commemorate Valentine’s Day, the Department of Legal Administration in the College of Administration and Economics had arranged an event that recalls the Kurdish culture, carnation of apples.
The beloved and respected Dean of the College, Dr. Ramyar Walzy inaugurated the event. The Head of the Department Mr. Hazhar Omer Mohammed welcomed all to the event. The event was successful as the Heads of the department, faculty members, and the students from various colleges participated eagerly as the event recalls the unsung Kurdish culture.
The incarnated apples do not decay for years and flow the fragrance forever. This practice is among the Kurdish to symbolize that their love for humanity is everlasting.
