Qalaai Zanist Scientific Journal (QZSJ) is a multidisciplinary, peer-refereed open-access scientific quarterly journal, published by Lebanese French University (LFU) , Erbil - Kurdistan, Iraq. Qalaai Zanist licensed by Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research - Kurdistan Regional Government (Decree 13071/9 in August 29, 2016), licensed under an Attribution-NC-ND 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) and approved by National University Ranking (NUR).

Current Issue

All papers of the journal are peer reviewed by two independent reviewers. Acceptance is granted when both reviewers’ recommendations are positive. 
All submitted researches are strictly and thoroughly peer-reviewed. The Editorial Offices will organize peer-review and collect at least two review comments per research. The Editorial Board prepares a decision letter according to the comments of the reviewers, which is sent to the corresponding author. We usually allow 4~8 weeks for each peer-review process.

Qalaai Zanist aims to disseminate knowledge in the fields of humanitIy, pure and applied sciences by publishing the original and high qualified research.
The scopes of the journal include, but not limited to, the following topic areas: Law, Diplomatic, International Relations, Legal Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Arts, Languages, Education, Jurisprudence and History. The journal is published in both printed and online versions. The online formats is free access and downloadable

Our publication ethics and publication malpractice statement is mainly based on the Code of Conduct and Best-Practice Guidelines (Committee on Publication Ethics, 2011).
For prospective studies (involving human investigations or animal experiments), authors are expected to mention about the approval of regional, national, institutional or independent Ethics Committee or Scientific Committee, obtaining assent for children aged over seven years participating in the trial. The journal will not consider any paper which is ethically unacceptable. A relevant statement on ethics committee permission and ethical practices must be included in all research articles under Subjects and Methods section.
All manuscripts reporting the results of an experimental investigation involving human subject should include a statement confirming that informed consent was obtained from each subject or subject's guardian, after approval of the experimental protocol by a local human ethics committee.

All submitted researches are strictly and thoroughly plagiarism process before reviewed.
Plagiarism is the unethical act of copying someone else's prior ideas, processes, results or words without explicit acknowledgement of the original author and source. Self-plagiarism occurs when an author utilizes large part of his/her own previously published work without using appropriate references. This can range from getting the same manuscript published in multiple journals to modifying a previously published manuscript with some new data.
All manuscripts submitted for publication are cross-checked for Plagiarism / Similarity Index using Turnitin / Plagiarism CheckerX software.
